To Get The Look:
For a perfectly polished pout trace a lip pencil along the line of the lips. I like Nars Red Square pencil. Do not go over the lip line, even if you have small lips. Next use a lip brush to apply dense matte colour, before gently pushing it into the lips with your fingertips for a long lasting look. Try Nars Heat Wave. Matte lips are in. Gloss is out. Try a nail polish in a matching shade.
